Week Two: Fitness/Exercise
Bah. My favorite topic. Not. The funny thing is, I don’t mind exercise once I’m doing it. I just lack the motivation to get off my bee-hind and GO. I worked at a gym for a year and there were a few weeks (months?) there where I’d spend 5+ hours a week at the gym. That sounds like complete insanity if you know me at all. But I really have been meaning to get back into some sort of a fitness routine. So here goes!
- Take 3 walks — distance doesn’t matter, just get out and do it.
- Go to the gym — we have a community gym 2 miles away and I have never been there in the 2 month we’ve lived here. I’m going to change that this week!
- Stretch everyday for at least 5 minutes — I’m naturally very flexible, but I’m already starting to notice that I’m not as flexible as I was when I was a teenager. I want that back.
There we have it. Those are my 3 goals and I will definitely be checking those off my list at the end of the week!
